Subscription Cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email/contact info].
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for remaining issues once a subscription term has begun.
Refunds:
- Because we offer a low-cost, high-value subscription, all sales are considered final.
- Refunds will only be granted under special circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, processing errors).
- If you believe you were charged in error or have a special request, please reach out to us at [email] within 30 days of the transaction.
Damaged or Missing Issues:
- If a printed issue arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 14 days and we’ll happily replace it at no cost.

SHIPPING INFO
Thank you for subscribing to The Florida Homesteader! We're committed to delivering each issue of our magazine promptly and reliably to your doorstep.
Shipping Schedule:
• Our magazine is published and shipped on a bi-monthly basis.
• New issues are typically mailed within the first week of the publication month.
• Subscriptions that begin mid-cycle will receive the next scheduled issue as their first.
Delivery Time:
• U.S. Subscribers: Please allow 7–14 business days from the mailing date for your magazine to arrive.
• At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Method:
• All magazines are mailed via USPS Standard Mail, which does not include tracking.
• For bulk or gift subscriptions, special handling can be arranged — contact us for details.
Missing or Damaged Issues:
• If your issue arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 days of the expected date, please contact us at www.thefloridahomesteader.com and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Address Changes:
• To avoid missed issues, please notify us of any address changes at least 3 weeks in advance.
• You can update your address by emailing us at Jamiebateman@thefloridahomesteader.com or through your subscriber account.
